Adult Ministries At Salem, we encourage all adults to be relationally involved in a small-group that will encourage and challenge them personally in Prayer, Evangelism, Worship, Fellowship, and Discipleship. How Can I Join a Small-Group? There are always openings in existing Small-Groups and opportunities to start new groups during the week or on Sunday morning. If you would like to participate, there are several ways to receive more information:
Adult Sunday Morning Small Groups - Spring Quarter beginning March 14th - Discipleship Journal (adult): Presently
studying: The ”B” Attitudes; Led by Karin Pierce –
F-3 Intercession (all ages): Time
of prayer for church ministries –
Fellowship Hall platform Bible Class (adult): Study of
I Corinthians – Led by Andy Goyke - F-2 One to One Discipleship (adult): Meet
with someone to be discipled & grow in your faith & knowledge
– coordinated by Gail Larson - Individualized meeting times throughout
the year. Meditative Prayer (adults): Real
help in how to meditate on scripture.
Using Ron Auch’s book “When He Appears – Christ’s Final
Steps In Preparing His Bride for His Coming”
– led by Elizabeth Taddy & others – F-6 Woman’s Class (adults): Working
through the book “Following God: Life Principles from the Women of the
Bible”. Led by Amy O’Donahue & Lisa Fiorio.
Please contact Amy ahead of time for a book. – F-8 Introduction to the Church (youth
– adults): Starting March 21st
for 4 or 5
sessions. The who, what, where, when, why, & how of Salem.
